At Siren Polish, every nail set is handmade with care and created specifically for each order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or made-to-order press-on nails
  • Opened or worn nail sets
  • Sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements
  • Change of mind after purchase

If There’s a Problem With Your Order

While we do not offer returns, your satisfaction still matters to us.

If your order arrives with:

  • The wrong item
  • Missing pieces
  • Damage during shipping
  • A defect in craftsmanship

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstance.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, design placement, or finish are normal due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal, or daily wear.
  • Sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility. Please measure carefully before ordering.
