Custom and made-to-order nail sets are created specifically for each customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production begins after purchase
  • Orders cannot be canceled once work has started
  • Custom items are final sale

5. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • All nail sets require 1–3 business days to create unless otherwise noted.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, turnaround times may be extended.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.

We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical or typographical mistakes.

7. Shipping

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier.
  • Siren Polish is not responsible for delays once packages are in the carrier’s possession.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked “delivered.”

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customers are fully responsible for selecting correct nail sizes.

Incorrect sizing does not qualify for refunds or replacements.
