Order Processing Time

All Siren Polish nail sets are handmade and made-to-order.

  • Processing time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Siren Polish is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier:

  • Siren Polish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
  • If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Provide your order number

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on production timing.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
